Return window:

You can process the return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Fee:

All validated and accepted returns are free to return. We will email you the free return label upon approval.

Refund time:

Once the return is accepted the refund will take 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that “Homly decors” is unable to process; and reserve the rights to cancel or reject the acceptance of such order and decision of “Homly Decors” in this respect shall be final and binding on the customer. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, problems identified by our credit, fraud avoidance department or due to certain unforeseen reasons.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellation by Types:

Cancellation by customer

If you change your mind after placing an order for any item, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours of the order confirmation. If some order cannot be cancelled, then we will notify you immediately via phone or email.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product was not received in good condition, we may repair/replace the part/component/product under warranty terms. Product cannot be refunded/cancelled unless it has non-repairable manufacturing defects. Home Packages & “Sale” or discounted orders are highly discounted products, and such orders will not be considered in 24 Hours cancellation Policy.

Cancellation on Non-Receipt of Payment

In the case of payment getting decline or reject from bank to third party companies like PayPal, stripe etc. then we will cancel the order and notify you about the cancellation via email.

Cancellation by “Homly Decors”

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system error product information/Pricing, “Homly Decors” shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

“Homly Decors” reserves the right to cancel any order with due intimation to the concerned person, under situations where “Homly Decors” is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed. As a part of these additional security measures, “Homly Decors” might request customers to provide relevant supporting documents (Driver license or any valid government issued identity card.). In case the requested documents are not shared with us, “Homly Decors”. in reserves the right to cancel the order entirely with due intimation to the concerned person.

If a product is ordered is not serviceable to customers location (zip code) and an order gets placed due to system errors, “Homly Decors” shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

Refunds

If the payment was by Stripe (credit card / debit card) or PayPal or third-party financing company, we will refund in the same method of payment.

Typically, refunds are processed on the same business day and will take 3-5 business days to complete. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s debit or credit card account as that is managed by Stripe and other payment management company. In case of any delay, it shall be up to the customer to take it up with their respective debit/credit card bank with the reference of “Homly Decors” refund process reference.
